To reset your parental control PIN for Amazon Luna, use the following steps:
- Log in to Luna app on your device.
- Select “Settings,” and then “Parental Controls.”
- Enter your current PIN, and select “Change PIN.”
- Enter a new five digit PIN, and select “Save PIN.”
