    1. Make sure your compatible devices supports Bluetooth 5.0.
    2. Check that your controller has batteries, and then turn on the controller.
    3. Press and hold the Action  and B buttons until you see a blinking white light (about 3 seconds).
    4. Your controller is now discoverable by your compatible device with Bluetooth.

    Important: On some Android devices, the Home  and Microphone  buttons can function as Home and Search when connected with Bluetooth. Under the right circumstances, this can activate your device’s default voice assistant.

    To set up a Luna Phone Controller:

    1. Go to the appstore on your mobile device and install the Luna Controller app.
    2. Sign into your Amazon account.
    3. Select Play With Phone Controller.

    The next time you’re ready to play, just follow these steps:

    1. Open the Luna app on a compatible device, such as a compatible Fire TV, PC, Mac or select Samsung smart TVs.
    2. Open the Luna Controller app on your mobile device.
    3. Select Launch under your virtual controller and wait for your controller to connect to Luna.
    4. Use the virtual controller to select the game you want to play and launch it.

    Guests can also download the Luna Controller app and join in on the gameplay.

    Try cleaning Luna app:

    1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
    2. Select Applications.
    3. In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with.
    4. Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.

  • Amazon Luna Controller Can’t activate voice chat

    1. Turn on your Luna Controller by pressing the Home button.
    2. If the Luna app is currently open on your Android/iOS device, close and reopen the app.
    3. If a software update is available, a prompt will immediate appear indicating an update is available and to not turn off your controller.

    Once updated, try connecting your headset again, and then launch Fortnite again – once the game loads, press the Luna button to confirm if you have headset controls visible in the Luna menu.

    If there is no update, or the headset is still not working, launch Fortnite again and once the game is loaded, press the Luna button and then disconnect and reconnect your wired headphones – allow a few moments to see if the menu updates to show the headset controls.
