  • Amazon Kindle reading app – Delete books from Home Screen

    1. Open the Kindle app .
    2. Select and hold the book cover.
    3. Select the Menu icon (three dots), and then Remove Download.
    • To return a Kindle Unlimited book, select Return to Kindle Unlimited. Returning a book removes it from your library.
    • To return a Prime Reading book, select Return. Returning a book removes it from your library. If you wish to permanently keep a copy of the book, you can purchase it.

    Or you can remove from device with these steps:

    1. Log in to the account you used to purchase your book.
    2. On the Content tab of the Manage Your Content and Devices, select Books from the drop down.
    3. Select Deliver or Remove from Device, and you’ll find a list of all your devices registered to that account.
    4. Choose your preferred device or devices, and then Make Changes.

  • Amazon Kindle reading apps Can’t use list view in collections


    You can show the contents of the collections in list form but there is not now, nor ever was, a way to list the collections themselves as a list, only as a grid. Each collections shows as a box with up to 4 books showing and the name of the collection below it. There are 16 collections per screen.

    • Make sure that your app is registered to the correct Amazon account. If you have multiple accounts, your book may have been purchased from a different account.
    • Deregister and register the app again.

    • Check that you’re using the latest software version.
    • If your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, connect using the 5GHz band.
    • Close other applications that may be taking up your bandwidth.
    • Don’t use a VPN or Proxy while streaming, as they can cause connectivity issues such as high latency.
    • Restart your router and modem.
    • Reset your Luna Controller.

    1. Press the “Home” button to turn on your Luna Controller.
    2. Open the Luna Controller app on your mobile device.
    3. If an update is available, the app starts the update process.

    Once updated or checked, unplug the headphones from the controller, then plug them back in making sure to securely insert the headphones into the controller’s 3.5 mm port.

    Pair your Luna Controller with Bluetooth to control game-play on compatible devices.

    Tip: For best results, connect your Luna Controller to your Amazon account using WiFi in order to use Cloud Direct technology.

    1. Make sure your compatible devices supports Bluetooth 5.0.
    2. Check that your controller has batteries, and then turn on the controller.
    3. Press and hold the Action  and B buttons until you see a blinking white light (about 3 seconds).
    4. Your controller is now discoverable by your compatible device with Bluetooth.

    Important: On some Android devices, the Home  and Microphone  buttons can function as Home and Search when connected with Bluetooth. Under the right circumstances, this can activate your device’s default voice assistant.

  • Amazon Connect iPhone Luna Controller to Luna on Fire TV Stick

    To set up a Luna Phone Controller:

    1. Go to the appstore on your mobile device and install the Luna Controller app.
    2. Sign into your Amazon account.
    3. Select Play With Phone Controller.

    The next time you’re ready to play, just follow these steps:

    1. Open the Luna app on a compatible device, such as a compatible Fire TV, PC, Mac or select Samsung smart TVs.
    2. Open the Luna Controller app on your mobile device.
    3. Select Launch under your virtual controller and wait for your controller to connect to Luna.
    4. Use the virtual controller to select the game you want to play and launch it.

    Guests can also download the Luna Controller app and join in on the gameplay.

  • Amazon Luna Controller wont reconnect to PC

    et your controller to its factory settings:

    1. Press and hold the Home  and Menu  buttons.
    2. Wait until the light ring around the Home button turns orange (about 6 seconds).

    If pairing your Amazon Luna Controller via Bluetooth doesn’t work, try these steps.

    • Make sure that you’re pairing with a compatible device.
    • Check that Bluetooth on your compatible device is on, and able to discover new devices.
    • Reset your Luna Controller and pair again.

    Please restart your PC. Make sure your device is up to date.

  • Amazon Wired headset not working with Luna Controller

    Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Display & Sounds, then Sound/Audio Settings > Check for options.

    I also recommend checking the Luna Controller for updates and checking that the 3.5mm jack is not dusty and that your headset it securely plugged in.
