  • Amazon Music – where do I access DJ Mode

    This feature is only available with an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, so make sure you have this, then you’ll be able to find DJ mode in the Amazon Music app, or by asking Alexa to play music in DJ mode.

  • Amazon Music – No Savepoints for Playlists?

    Please make sure the app has the necessary permissions on you smartphone: Settings> Apps> Amazon Music>Storage.

    1. Check again your plan, Amazon Music Free provides free includes ads. Go to Your Amazon Music Settings.
    2. Open the app store you used to install the app on your device.
    3. Search for the app, and open the app’s detail page.
    4. If an update is available, an Update option displays.
  • Amazon music – Purchase albums not showing in library

    1. Open the Amazon Music app menu, and tap Settings.
    2. Tap Refresh My Music.
  • Amazon – Cannot download purchased music

    Please try the following:

    • Check for updates if any available for your device and update.
    • Update Amazon Music app to the latest version.
    • Check if the song is queued.
    • If the purchased song is showing as downloaded on the Amazon Music app on your device, try deleting the download first. To remove downloaded music on Amazon Music, go to the “Downloads” section of the app and find the song or album you want to delete.
    • Once deleted, try restarting the device, open the Amazon Music app and try downloading. You can use the steps detailed here for Android. Check the specific device options on the left side of the page.
  • Amazon Music – artists are missing after updtate

    • Force stop the Amazon Music app.
    • Clear the app cache through device’s settings.
    • Uninstall and re-install the Amazon Music app.
    • Ensure the device you’re operating Amazon Music on, is updated to the latest version.

    If possible, try accessing your Amazon Music library on a different device to check in case the issue is replicated.
