You may wish to reset your TAG Heuer Connected to pair it with another phone. Please keep in mind that resetting your watch will restore it to factory settings and delete all data, so only apply a reset as a last option.
If you are using TAG Heuer Sports on your watch, make sure to synchronize your sessions with your TAG Heuer Connected app on your phone to save them!
To reset your watch:
- Swipe down on your watchface and tap the Settings icon
- Tap on System
- Tap on Disconnect & reset
- A message will appear – tap it to confirm
