You can find information on your promotions, credit, and benefit balances in your account:

1. Go to Your Account.
2. Select Your credit & benefit balances.

You can also go directly to Your credit & benefit balances.

AirPlay is only available in select Fire TV Smart TV devices.

How to enable/disable

1. On the Fire TV, select Settings > Display and Sounds > AirPlay & HomeKit.
2. Select AirPlay.
3. Toggle the setting to ON or OFF. (This setting is set to ON by default).
4. Restart your devices and network
5. Ensure both your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and your Fire TV are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network. Avoid having one device on a 2.4 GHz band and the other on a 5 GHz band, as this can cause connection issues.
6. On your Fire TV: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for System Update.

I’d like you to try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Check for system updates. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for System Update to ensure your Fire TV is running the latest software.
• Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart.

• While a video is playing, press the Menu button on the remote, then select Subtitles. Select from the available language options. To return to the video, press the Menu button.

Go into the Alexa App on your phone and go to “More > Devices > Echo > Settings > Wireless > Change”

1. Visit Parent Dashboard: (https://parents.amazon.com)
2. Select the “Settings” icon of your child’s profile on the top-right corner.
3. Select “Add Content.”
4. Navigate to the content type you want to add or remove (example: Books, Videos, Alexa Skills).
5. Toggle the switch to on or off to add or remove content.

Videos downloaded to your SD card will only be playable on the same device and same account you originally downloaded them from. If you insert an SD card with Prime downloads into another device, you’ll not be able to play the videos.

Please also make sure you have the latest Software installed on your Fire HD 10 Tablet.

1. Go to Settings  on your Fire TV.
2. Select My Fire TV.
3. Select Restart.
4. Make sure you are using the power adapter and cable that came with the device, plugged directly into a wall outlet.
5. If possible, try using the Fire Stick on a different TV. This will help you determine if the problem is with the device itself or your TV.
6.  Press and hold the Up and Rewind buttons on your remote for five seconds to cycle through different resolutions until you find one that works.

• Verify that your Kindle Reading app and mobile device are both fully updated.
• Clear the app cache and data.
• Restart your device.

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, please try the following:

1. Sign out of the Kindle Reading app.
2. Uninstall the app.
3. Restart your device.
4. Reinstall the app.
