Verify Account Permissions
- Supermetrics is not registered in your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Ensure that your Microsoft work acount has the necessary permissions to allow third-party integrations like Supermetrics.
- Admin consent is required to allow Supermetrics to access Microsoft Advertising data on behalf of your organization.
- If you are not the account administrator, check with your IT team to confirm access rights.
Clear Cache & Cookies
- Open your browser settings and clear cache and cookies.
- Restart your browser and try reconnecting your Microsoft Advertising account.
