You can also add content from within the child profile:

1. Select the parent overlay menu on the top right.
2. Select Manage Content.
3. Select if you want to share content:
4. From your library.
5. From an Amazon Kids+ subscription.
6. Enter the device’s PIN or password.
7. Continue from step 3 listed in the adult profile instructions above.

Add the content to your child’s profile using the steps below: 

1.  Go to the Parent Dashboard
2.  Navigate to the child profile you wish to manage and select Settings. 
3.   Select Add content. 
4.   Select the desired content category using the tabs above the list of content. 
5.   Add or remove content by toggling the switch next to them. 

You may try these steps too:

1. Restart the device.
2. Make sure your device is up to date.
3. Clear app cache.
4. Check the storage on your device once more to make sure there is enough space.
