Please check for any software updates in the meantime:
- Go to Settings
on your Fire TV. - Select My Fire TV or Device & Software.
- Select About.
- Select Check for System Update.
As a second step restart your Fire TV Stick 4K Max:
- Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
- Select My Fire TV or Device & Software.
- Select About.
- Select Check for System Update.
