If Amazon Music stops after about 5 minutes on all devices, try the following:
- Check network stability. A weak Wi-Fi connection can cause playback to stop. Restart your router if needed.
- Update the Amazon Music app and device firmware.
- Sign out and back in to your Amazon account in the app.
- If using Alexa devices, check that “Preferred Speaker” and multi-room music settings are configured correctly in the Alexa app.
