- Turn on your Luna Controller by pressing the Home button.
- If the Luna app is currently open on your Android/iOS device, close and reopen the app.
- If a software update is available, a prompt will immediate appear indicating an update is available and to not turn off your controller.
Once updated, try connecting your headset again, and then launch Fortnite again – once the game loads, press the Luna button to confirm if you have headset controls visible in the Luna menu.
If there is no update, or the headset is still not working, launch Fortnite again and once the game is loaded, press the Luna button and then disconnect and reconnect your wired headphones – allow a few moments to see if the menu updates to show the headset controls.
If the headset menu does appear, but does not work in-game, please adjust the in-game voice chat settings. For assistance with in-game settings for Fortnite, please visit Epic’s help page ‘How do I change the settings for voice chat in Fortnite‘.
