- Go to Manage Your Content https://amazon.com/mycontent and click Preferences.
- Click Change under Country Settings.
- Select or enter your address, and click Update.
Ensure both the Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle reading App have no pending updates.
Another way:
- Log into Amazon in the default browser on my phone.
- Go to the browser settings menu and selected “Desktop site.”
- Go back to Libby and sent the book to Kindle, which launched on browser.
- On the page that said “Read with Kindle ,” Again made sure the browser was set to “Desktop site.”
- After the page reloaded, click on the prompt to deliver the book, and I was able to proceed to get the book.
