Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Go to the device settings on your Echo Show:
- If you’re using Alexa+, select the Menu icon on your screen, and then select Settings.
- If you’re using the original Alexa, swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
- Select About this Device.
- Select Check for Software Updates to check for and install software updates.
