Only thing you can do is: go back to the dealer. You can within your statutory rights ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement. Do not allow them now to go back to Focal. Had they been over 30 days then by law you had to let a repair be attempted. You must refuse a repair and ask for a new pair. A good dealer will replace without question.
