bleshooting steps:
- Clear app cache and data for the Kindle Reading app:
- From the device’s home screen, tap the Menu button on your device.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Locate the app title from your list of apps.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Data and Cache.
- Sign out of the app.
- Uninstall the Kindle Reading app and reinstall latest Kindle App version from Play store.
- Also make sure your android device it’s up to date.
